HRIS Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HRIS Specialist based in India.

This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining a core HR information system, with a strong focus on data integrity, reporting, and process improvement. You will serve as a technical point of contact for HR and payroll teams, helping resolve system issues and improve day-to-day HR technology operations.

The position combines HRIS administration, data analysis, reporting, testing, documentation, and user support. You will work with internal stakeholders, payroll teams, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver reliable and effective HR technology solutions. The role also provides exposure to system enhancements, implementations, emerging HR technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be important when auditing data, investigating process issues, and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency. This is a fully remote opportunity within a globally distributed environment, requiring collaboration across teams and working hours aligned with the U.S. Pacific Time Zone.
