HSE Manager of C&C

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HSE Manager – Construction and Commissioning (C&C) based in Canada.

We are seeking a hands-on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to support the safe and environmentally responsible delivery of construction and commissioning projects. In this role, you will help implement site-specific HSE programs, monitor regulatory compliance, and reinforce safety standards across all project phases.

You will work closely with site supervisors, employees, contractors, clients, and project leadership to identify risks, prevent incidents, and promote a proactive safety culture. Your responsibilities will span field inspections, risk assessments, environmental controls, incident investigations, and workforce training.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance and consistency across project sites.
