ROLE OVERVIEW

GTI is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support day-to-day Human Resources operations across the employee lifecycle. This position will support HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, processing personnel documentation, tracking compliance requirements, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting HR programs and initiatives.

The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with leadership and employees across departments to ensure HR processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with organizational goals and company culture. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for overseeing, coaching, and developing the HR Coordinator at their assigned site.
