IEFP Trainee - Operations Jedi Trainee

Horário: Full-Time

What you’ll do:

• Monitor, process, and validate daily operational metrics (stock levels, inventory turnover, production plan, and shipping times);
• Participate in building dashboards in Power BI, Advanced Excel, or Claude to track critical operational KPIs;
• Automate administrative tasks using AI or other tools;
• Support the development of simple predictive models;
• Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize the internal workflows;
• Assist with data auditing and optimizing locations in the system (ERP/WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy.

What you need to bring:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar;
• Knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly Excel;
• Eligible for an IEFP internship.
