• 参与服务合同的谈判工作。

• 执行公司政策，为永续盘存物品确定并安排充足的存储空间。确定产品和重要物品以便将成本控制到最低。
• 制定适用的登记制度和派发程序。
• 防止存货的浪费，损坏和被盗。
• 在创新和价格方面不落后于市场。
• 处理部门的采购要求。
• 获取有竞争性的报价和投标。
• 确保按计划执行实地盘存工作。
• 将定单录入存货系统，并按收到的货物为收货方生成采购订单。
