As an Industry Recruiter – Technology, you will lead strategic talent acquisition efforts to identify, engage, and secure exceptional technology professionals and senior leaders. You’ll develop proactive talent pipelines, leverage AI-powered sourcing and market intelligence, and anticipate hiring needs in a fast-evolving healthcare and technology landscape.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, you’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process, from talent mapping and structured assessments to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding. Your insights into competitor activity and emerging industry trends will help inform workforce planning and leadership decisions.
