Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Ansible / AWX) | DevOps

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Ansible / AWX) | DevOps based in Ireland.

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer to strengthen infrastructure operations through scalable automation and reliable DevOps practices. In this fully remote role, you will manage and optimize lifecycle automation using Ansible and AWX while improving CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.

You will develop Bash and Python scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks, increase efficiency, and ensure consistent infrastructure deployments. Working across Linux and Windows systems, databases, and networking environments, you will contribute to both customer-facing and internal infrastructure projects.

You will also help establish documentation standards, identify technical improvements, and support knowledge sharing across the team. This opportunity combines hands-on engineering, independent project execution, and continuous professional development in a collaborative environment.
