Inpatient Coder - Community Hospital

This fully remote, full-time role is ideal for an experienced inpatient coding professional who wants to make a direct impact on healthcare data accuracy and reimbursement. You will review acute inpatient clinical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes. The role also involves validating MS-DRG assignments and ensuring clinical documentation supports reported diagnoses and procedures.

You will help maintain data integrity while supporting compliant billing and reimbursement practices. Collaboration with healthcare staff and providers may be part of the role, particularly when clarification is needed.
