Instructional Designer & Facilitator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Instructional Designer & Facilitator based in United States.

This role sits within a Learning Experience team and focuses on creating engaging, practical learning experiences across the organization. You will combine instructional design, content development, and live facilitation to support onboarding, product education, customer experience, and ongoing capability development.

Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders, you will transform complex information into clear and actionable learning solutions. The role offers an opportunity to work across eLearning, workshops, assessments, microlearning, and other digital learning formats. You will also help evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve training based on feedback and learner data.

This is a fully remote position within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
