Instructional Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Instructional Designer based in the United States.

This role supports Medicaid agency clients by designing engaging, effective learning experiences and performance support solutions. You will transform complex source materials into clear, accessible training programs aligned with defined learning objectives and organizational needs.

The position combines instructional design expertise with creative problem-solving, multimedia development, and close client collaboration. You will work across self-paced e-learning, performance support, knowledge sharing, simulations, and other learning formats. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to incorporate feedback while managing multiple priorities.

The position is remote and initially focused on supporting a U.S. territory client, with occasional travel and potential future assignments requiring greater travel.
