You will combine technical troubleshooting, API guidance, and customer support to ensure smooth integrations and reliable product search experiences. Working closely with customers and Customer Success teams, you will help resolve technical challenges, optimize product catalog configurations, and make complex technical concepts easier to understand.

You will also contribute to better onboarding processes and technical documentation, helping customers achieve value from the platform more efficiently.
