Integration Solutions Analyst

About the Role

As Eats365 continues to expand into new international markets, we’re looking for a solutions-oriented individual to guide our F&B merchants and partners through integrating their systems with our platform.

What exactly does this mean?

You will support merchants and partners in connecting their third-party tools with POS systems using our existing APIs, ensuring integrations are implemented smoothly and effectively. You will work closely with them to understand their business and technical needs, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and close any gaps.

By developing a strong understanding of our API capabilities and documentation, you will be able to recommend the most effective integration approaches. You will also conduct API testing, troubleshoot issues, and support merchants and partners as their integration projects go live.

In addition, you will provide feedback to our Tech Team on common challenges and opportunities to improve our API offerings and documentation, while building a deep understanding of Eats365’s products to recommend the most suitable technical solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise partners on integrating their systems into the Eats365 ecosystem using existing APIs
• Review API documentation and translate technical requirements into actionable steps for partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries via email, messaging platforms, and calls
• Host project kick-off meetings to align on integration scope, timelines, and requirements
• Perform API testing (e.g., endpoints, payload validation, authentication) to support implementation
• Troubleshoot integration issues and guide partners toward resolution
• Collaborate with internal technical teams when deeper system support is required
• Monitor integration progress and follow up with partners to ensure successful implementation
• Document common issues, FAQs, and integration best practices

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in API support, system integration, technical consulting, or related roles is a must (candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate position)
• Fluent in verbal and written English, Chinese, and Cantonese is a must
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST), JSON, and web technologies; experience using tools such as Postman
• Ability to read and interpret API documentation and translate technical requirements into clear, actionable steps
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues
• Independent, flexible, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with merchants, partners, and internal teams
• Experience in POS systems, F&B, or SaaS platforms is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Asana, Confluence, or similar platforms
