IP Telephony Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IP Telephony Engineer based in Brazil.

We are seeking a senior-level IP Telephony Engineer to support enterprise telephony operations, platform transitions, and compliance initiatives in a fully remote environment. The role focuses on PCI DSS compliance, Verint recording platform onboarding and support, and the evolution of cloud-based contact center technologies.

You will help design, implement, and validate security controls across call recording and interactive voice response (IVR) systems. You will also provide technical guidance during the transition from Cisco telephony infrastructure to the Content Guru platform.

Working closely with security, compliance, and international business teams, you will help maintain operational continuity while ensuring regulatory requirements are met. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer who combines deep telephony expertise with strong ownership, architectural judgment, and the ability to deliver independently in a complex enterprise environment.
