IT Operations Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Operations Administrator based in the United States.

The IT Operations Administrator will play a key role in delivering reliable, secure, and effective technology support for a distributed, fully remote workforce. This hands-on position spans endpoint management, identity and access administration, SaaS platforms, and the full employee technology lifecycle.

You will independently investigate complex technical issues and drive operational improvements from initial analysis through implementation and validation. By combining strong troubleshooting skills with scripting, automation, and AI-assisted tools, you will help reduce repetitive tasks and improve service reliability.

You will also strengthen security, streamline employee experiences, and ensure technology systems remain well managed as the organization grows. Collaboration with IT, Security, People, and business teams will be essential to delivering scalable, employee-focused solutions.
