ApMoSys is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern front-end technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, designing scalable applications, driving technical discussions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Skills &

Responsibilities:

• 5+ Years of Experience with Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications.
• Build scalable and secure microservices-based solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
• Drive application performance optimization and quality assurance.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For :

• Core Java (Java 8/11/17) , Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture , RESTful API Development
• Hibernate / JPA, Design Patterns and OOP Concepts , SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Git / Version Control , CI/CD Tools (Jenkins), Angular (Preferred) or React ,
• JavaScript / TypeScript , HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Web Services Integration.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or related field.
• Relevant experience in Java Full Stack Development with team handling responsibilities.
