Jira Analyst at BairesDev

As a Jira Analyst, you will manage, configure, and optimize Jira environments to support agile teams, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and proper integration with other tools.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.
• Support agile teams in backlog management and sprint tracking.
• Create dashboards and custom reports for stakeholders.
• Manage integrations with other Atlassian tools and third-party systems.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows and processes.
• Provide user support and training when necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience working with Jira or Atlassian tools.
• Strong knowledge of Jira configuration, workflows, and permissions.
• Experience supporting agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with dashboards, reporting, and basic automation rules.
• Experience integrating Jira with other systems and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
