Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

Adecco Human Resources is currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Junior Accountant for one of our clients in the aviation industry.

What will be your mission?

• Process and validate supplier invoices
• Prepare invoices for payment
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Review and validate employee expense reports
• Support the management of the corporate travel platform and user accounts
• Prepare travel and expense reports
• Provide support to internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding payments and accounts payable topics
• Maintain supplier account records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable, Finance and Procurement procedures
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What will make you successful in this role?

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Junior profile or previous experience in administrative accounting tasks
• Ability to work with high volumes of invoices and data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise tasks
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate level of English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus.

• Attractive salary package between €1,350 and €1,600 gross/month
• Meal allowance of €7.63/day
• Full-time schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday
