Junior Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a direct-to-consumer health business team supporting daily operations across suppliers, warehouses, and technology partners. You will help improve supply chain performance and fulfillment processes so customers receive their orders efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to support order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Review operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize costs.
• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet delivery commitments.
• Use ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A completed degree and up to two years of full-time professional experience, including relevant internships or early-career roles.
• Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce business.
• Experience with ERP systems or logistics software; familiarity with warehouse management systems is useful.
• Experience coordinating across suppliers, warehouses, software providers, or other stakeholders.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with exposure to supply chain optimization or process improvement.
• Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working across a broad operational scope, including fulfillment, customer support, and strategic projects.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary

€40,000 to €60,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
