Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR), SEO Tools (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the sales development team at an early-stage AI content platform company, helping build its go-to-market pipeline in the DACH region. You will connect with marketing, SEO, and content leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations and book qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make daily cold calls to marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers to start conversations and qualify interest.
• Build and maintain prospect lists, using Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT for research, enrichment, and personalized outreach.
• Run outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, and email, testing messages and improving performance based on results.
• Attend industry events across the DACH region, engage prospective customers, and book follow-up meetings.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule demos, and keep prospect information up to date in the CRM.
• Share structured feedback on objections, customer needs, and competitor activity with the broader team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• One to two years of experience in an SDR, BDR, customer success, or similar sales or prospecting role.
• Fluency in German and English, with experience setting appointments through cold calling.
• Hands-on experience with phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach, plus AI assisted prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.
• Experience selling SEO tools or working directly with SEO teams, and familiarity with buyer personas and topics such as AI Overviews and traffic loss.
• Experience participating in trade shows or industry events, and willingness to travel within the DACH region.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €55,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

This is an on-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
