JUNIOR SYSTEMS OPERATIONS ANALYST

Descrição

• Develop and optimize after-sale service systems (such as DMS, inter work order systems, and warranty/claim systems);
• Gain a deep understanding of after-sale business processes (repair orders, spare parts management, warranty claims, etc.), driving digitalization and automation;
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical implementation to ensure system stability and scalability;
• Collaborate with business, product and technical teams to efficiently deliver solutions;
• Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting and daily technical support;
• Continuously improve system architecture to enhance efficiency and user experience;
• Leverage data analysis to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and support decision-making in after-sale operations;
• Design and implement data-driven features such as reporting dashboards, operational metrics, and process monitoring tools;
• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces (e.g., dashboards and internal tools) using JavaScript frameworks such as React;

Requisitos

### Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields;
• At least 1 years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise-level systems;
• Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go);
• Experience with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React);
• Familiar with databases such as MySQL or Oracle, with solid SQL optimization skills;
• Familiar with Linux environments and common development frameworks;

### Nice to Have (Business & Technical Skills)

• Experience with after-sale systems (DMS, ERP, CRM, work order systems);
• Ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into system design;
• Strong system design capability (API design, data modeling, etc.);
• Experience in performance optimization and issue troubleshooting;
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multi-language teams;
• Strong data analysis skills (SQL, data exploration, KPI definition, and reporting);
• Experience building dashboards or data visualization tools for business users;
• Familiarity with data pipelines or ETL processes;
