As a Junior Transactional Attorney, you will apply your legal expertise to the development and evaluation of advanced artificial intelligence systems designed to support contract review and negotiation. This part-time, remote opportunity combines transactional law with emerging legal technology, allowing you to contribute to the improvement of AI-powered legal solutions.

You will review commercial agreements, assess AI-generated legal responses, simulate contract negotiations, and identify potential risks or inconsistencies.
