The Knowledge Management Expert will help improve the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-powered enterprise search tools and workplace assistants. This role is designed for experienced HR professionals who can evaluate how AI systems respond to real-world human resources questions.

You will assess the quality of answers, verify source citations, and ensure that responses respect user permissions and reflect up-to-date information. By identifying content gaps, conflicting knowledge, and reasoning errors, you will help strengthen AI performance in workplace environments.
