Landlord-Tenant and Collections Paralegal

This role offers the opportunity to support landlord-tenant and collections matters within a large affordable housing portfolio. You’ll serve as a key liaison between ownership, property management teams, and outside legal counsel, helping ensure matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

Your work will include tracking active cases, coordinating documentation, monitoring deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed through clear reporting. You’ll also support eviction proceedings, routine property-related litigation, resident account discussions, and legal compliance activities.

The position combines legal administration, case coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with internal legal, property management, and accounting teams while contributing recommendations that improve landlord-tenant processes and outcomes.
