Lead Compliance Investigator

We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead complex investigations into potential legal violations and breaches of internal policies within a global organization. In this fully remote role, you will manage cases from initial reporting through evidence gathering, analysis, and final recommendations.

You will collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, and other business functions to establish facts and determine appropriate corrective actions. Your work will help strengthen ethical standards, manage organizational risk, and promote accountability across multiple regions.

You will also prepare evidence-based reports, communicate case progress to stakeholders, and present findings to senior leadership when required.
