Lead Content Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Content Designer based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape clear, accessible, and engaging digital content for a major Australian Government employment services program. You will design and improve participant-facing content that helps people understand their obligations, navigate services, and access employment and training support.

Working across web and notification channels, you will combine UX writing, content design, research, and communication expertise to improve the overall user experience. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, working closely with policy, service delivery, product, and digital stakeholders.

The role also involves advising senior leaders, managing multiple content projects, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
