Lead Data Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Data Analyst based in India.

In this role, you will lead data-driven technical delivery initiatives, transforming complex customer requirements into accurate, scalable reporting solutions and actionable business insights. You will combine advanced SQL expertise with Python, Spark, and data analysis skills to develop custom reports, dashboards, data models, and platform configurations.

Working closely with clients, Customer Success Managers, and Product Engineering teams, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will also guide junior data analysts, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure that deliverables meet high standards of quality and reliability.
