Lead Full-Stack Ruby Engineer

As a Lead Full-Stack Ruby Engineer, you will contribute to the development of a next-generation data management and quality platform designed to streamline clinical trial data integration, standardization, and management. You will combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, helping build and maintain reliable, scalable systems using Ruby on Rails, React, and microservices architecture.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, you will influence architectural decisions and help solve complex engineering challenges. Your work will support improved data quality, more efficient clinical review processes, reduced operational risk, and ultimately better patient safety.
