Lead Influencer Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Influencer Manager based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced influencer marketing professional ready to shape strategy, lead high-impact global client accounts, and develop a growing team. You will combine strategic thinking with creative leadership, operational ownership, and people management.

The role involves overseeing influencer programs from strategy through reporting while ensuring strong execution, quality, and performance. You will directly manage approximately 4–6 Influencer Marketing Managers, providing coaching, direction, and development support. You will also build scalable processes, improve workflows, and strengthen the systems that enable the team to perform at its best.

Working closely with senior leadership and international clients, you will help drive innovation across the creator economy while delivering measurable business results.
