Lead Partner Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing professional to build and scale partner marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen ecosystem relationships. In this role, you will transform partner strategies into measurable go-to-market initiatives, working across channel marketing, demand generation, product marketing, sales, and revenue operations.

You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of partner programs, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment. With responsibility for budget allocation, program measurement, and global collaboration, you will play a key role in driving sustainable business growth.

The position offers significant autonomy, direct collaboration with senior marketing leadership, and the opportunity to shape scalable marketing processes. You will also leverage AI and automation to improve execution, personalization, and decision-making within a fully remote, internationally distributed team.
