Lead Processing Specialist

Take the next step in your operations career by leading a team responsible for accurate, efficient, and customer-focused event processing. In this role, you will support daily operations by monitoring performance, coaching team members, and helping maintain high standards of quality and productivity. You will serve as a key point of contact for escalations, operational questions, and cross-departmental coordination.

Working closely with operations leadership, you will contribute to process improvements, employee engagement, and effective performance management. You will also help communicate daily metrics, collaborate with external partners, and maintain continuity when the supervisor is unavailable.
