Lead Product Designer, Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Designer, Growth based in Canada.

This is a high-impact product design role focused on accelerating user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will own end-to-end design for growth initiatives across web and mobile experiences in a fast-moving SaaS environment. The role blends product strategy, data-informed design, experimentation, research, and hands-on execution.

You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, data specialists, and other stakeholders to turn insights into measurable outcomes. You’ll have significant influence over the experimentation roadmap, helping identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale what works. The environment values curiosity, iteration, thoughtful risk-taking, and learning from both successful and unsuccessful experiments.
