Lead Specialist (Team Member - Finance)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Accounting (FI) specialist to design, implement, and support financial solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. In this role, you will work closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes, strengthen financial controls, and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

You will contribute to end-to-end SAP implementations, system migrations, upgrades, and ongoing production support, ensuring that financial systems remain accurate, compliant, and efficient. Your expertise will span core financial modules, integration with other SAP applications, and country-specific accounting requirements.

You will also help translate business needs into functional solutions, guide users through system changes, and resolve complex technical and process challenges.
