Lead Staff Counsel Procedural Review Auditor - Attorney

This fully remote legal role focuses on independently auditing Staff Counsel files to evaluate case-handling quality, procedural compliance, reporting accuracy, and adherence to established standards. You will provide objective findings and recommendations to management while identifying policy gaps, reporting irregularities, and opportunities for improvement.

The position combines substantial litigation experience with legal auditing, quality assurance, and procedural analysis. You will analyze trends across reviewed files and present insights to senior management and Staff Counsel leaders. Your work will contribute to stronger legal processes, consistent case handling, and the development of effective best practices.

The role requires strong judgment, communication, organization, and the ability to manage complex legal and procedural information while traveling to offices nationwide.
