Join a team shaping the technology and workflows that support commercial insurance underwriting. In this leadership role, you will serve as the systems product owner for assigned lines of business, helping translate complex insurance requirements into effective solutions within Guidewire PolicyCenter.

You will collaborate with underwriting, product, IT, actuarial, operations, billing, and claims stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant, and user-friendly systems. From defining requirements and prioritizing backlogs to guiding testing and training, your work will directly influence system quality and operational efficiency.

You will also provide informal leadership to fellow analysts, champion process improvements, and help deliver strategic projects.
