What You'll Do

Working independently, you will:

• Conduct introductory phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients.
• Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and facilitate discovery conversations.
• Deliver our presentation materials to qualified candidates.
• Assess whether prospective clients meet our program criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activities.
• Complete ongoing follow-up with prospective clients.
• Participate in scheduled online training and professional development sessions.
• Learn established client engagement, marketing, and communication systems.
• Manage your own weekly schedule and activity planning.

Qualifications

We're interested in professionals who have:

• Seven or more years of professional experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using Zoom, email, and online collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established systems.
• Interest in continuous professional development.
