Learning Support Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Learning Support Manager based in Brazil.

As Learning Support Manager for the Americas, you will help universities bridge the gap between educational goals and students’ learning experiences. You will work closely with academics to improve assessment design, strengthen teaching practices, and enhance student outcomes.

In this remote, full-time role, you will lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars while ensuring academics and students receive timely, high-quality support. You will also build lasting relationships with university partners, contribute to customer success initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve learning resources and internal processes.

Working with cross-functional teams in a globally distributed environment, you will help establish and grow the organization’s presence across the Americas.
