Legislative Counsel

This role sits at the intersection of law, public policy, regulatory strategy, and a rapidly evolving digital marketplace. You’ll help interpret legislation and regulatory developments affecting gig economy platforms, marketplaces, labour practices, retailers, and consumers.

Your legal analysis will support business teams in responding to emerging requirements while strengthening compliance frameworks and reducing operational risk. You’ll collaborate closely with Policy, Government Affairs, Operations, Product, and Communications teams to provide clear and actionable legal guidance.

The role also involves working with external counsel, trade associations, and industry partners on broader regulatory initiatives. It offers an opportunity to develop expertise in emerging areas of law while helping shape practical strategies for navigating complex legislative environments.
