As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will help members navigate their personal insurance needs by providing accurate, personalized guidance and responsive customer support. This is a service-focused, non-sales role where you will handle inbound inquiries across phone, email, and other communication channels.

You will assist with quotes, policy updates, billing questions, and coverage changes while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Working remotely, you will use multiple digital systems to resolve inquiries efficiently and deliver a seamless customer experience. Your ability to communicate with empathy, solve problems, and build trust will play an important role in member satisfaction.
