Job Details

We are looking for a Licensed Residential Service Electrician to support our Electrical Service operations throughout the Raleigh market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Residential Electrical Service experience, strong Troubleshooting abilities, and an active North Carolina Electrical Contractor License.

This position will involve performing Residential Electrical Service Calls, diagnosing and repairing Electrical Systems, and providing quality service to homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Residential Electrical Service Calls, Troubleshooting, and Repairs
• Diagnose and Resolve Residential Electrical Issues
• Install, Repair, and Replace Electrical Panels, Breakers, Outlets, Switches, and Fixtures
• Perform Electrical Service Upgrades and Residential Wiring Repairs
• Troubleshoot Electrical Circuits and Components
• Communicate Repair Recommendations and Solutions to Homeowners
• Ensure Quality Workmanship and Customer Satisfaction
• Follow NEC Requirements and Applicable Electrical Safety Standards
• Maintain Accurate Service Records and Documentation

Must Have:

• Active North Carolina Electrical Contractor License, Qualifying Residential or Higher Classification
• Hands-On Residential Electrical Service and Troubleshooting Experience
• Ability to Diagnose and Complete Residential Electrical Repairs Independently

Nice to Have:

• ServiceTitan Experience
• Experience with Residential Electrical Panel and Service Upgrades
• Generator Installation and Troubleshooting Experience
• Knowledge of Residential Electrical Codes and Safety Standards
• Experience with Residential Electrical Wiring and Installations
• Background in Residential Home Services or Multi-Trade Service Companies
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Experience Recommending Electrical Repairs and Upgrades to Homeowners
