We are looking for a senior technical leader to oversee infrastructure support, incident management, and the stability of critical technology environments. In this role, you will combine hands-on technical troubleshooting with the coordination and prioritization of operational demands.

You will work across Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, networks, and application integrations to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues. You will also lead controlled changes, coordinate internal teams and external providers, and support infrastructure modernization initiatives.

The position requires strong technical judgment, clear documentation, and a proactive approach to service reliability and operational excellence.
