You will manage complex new business and renewal opportunities across an assigned producer network, balancing customer needs with underwriting guidelines and profitability objectives.

The position requires strong analytical judgment to evaluate risks, develop pricing, and structure appropriate coverage solutions. You will build trusted relationships with brokers, insureds, and internal partners while identifying opportunities for growth and account expansion.
