Logistics Performance Director

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead strategic account ownership and strengthen customer relationships within a managed transportation environment. In this remote role, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for customer success, ensuring logistics solutions consistently deliver measurable value and meet performance expectations.

You will develop account strategies, lead quarterly business reviews, and use operational and financial data to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.
