Maintenance & Property Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to coordinate maintenance operations across a portfolio of Canadian properties. In this fully remote role, you will oversee repair requests, coordinate local contractors, and ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively.

You will prioritize urgent incidents, monitor project timelines and expenses, and verify that completed work meets the required standards. Working closely with concierge teams, building management, and external service providers, you will help maintain safe, functional, guest-ready properties while minimizing disruptions to guest stays.

You will also contribute to preventive maintenance planning, contractor performance monitoring, and continuous operational improvement.
