Manager, CRM Marketing

This role leads a CRM strategy team focused on building meaningful customer relationships across the full lifecycle. You’ll oversee campaigns that drive engagement, retention, loyalty, and long-term customer value. The position combines lifecycle strategy, customer segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and performance analysis.

You’ll shape channel mix and communication cadence while creating cohesive experiences across email, in-app, and push channels. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Analytics, you’ll turn customer data into actionable opportunities and scalable strategies. You’ll also mentor a small CRM team and help elevate strategic thinking in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
