Manager Data Engineering AI

This leadership role oversees a data engineering team responsible for building modern, AI-enabled data architectures and engineering solutions. You will shape strategic technology direction while connecting business needs with scalable data platforms and products. The position combines people leadership, architecture, software development, project management, and emerging AI capabilities.

You will work across organizational boundaries with business leaders, product teams, architecture groups, and other stakeholders to drive data strategy and engineering excellence. A key focus will be applying AI, modern data platforms, and automation to improve team productivity and architectural relevance.

You will also help establish strong security, compliance, governance, and operational practices in a regulated environment.
