Manager, Data Recruiting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Data Recruiting based in the United States.

This remote leadership role will oversee recruiting across Data Science and Data Engineering, helping build the talent engine behind a rapidly scaling organization.

You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters while partnering closely with senior leaders across the Data organization.

The role combines people leadership, strategic workforce planning, recruiting operations, and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll shape search strategies, diagnose funnel performance, and introduce scalable solutions that improve hiring outcomes.
