Manager, Financial Reporting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting based in the United States.

This role leads financial reporting and technical accounting activities within a growing organization. You will oversee the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, supporting schedules, and other external reporting requirements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The position also serves as a key advisor on complex accounting matters, strategic transactions, and evolving reporting requirements.

You will work closely with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, Treasury, and external auditors. The role offers the opportunity to strengthen reporting processes, introduce scalable improvements, and support future capital markets initiatives. You will also lead and develop team members while contributing to a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
