Manager, Implementation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Implementation based in Canada.

Lead and develop a high-performing implementation team in a remote-first environment focused on customer success and operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee implementation delivery, strengthen team performance, and improve processes that help customers realize value quickly.

You will use performance data, customer feedback, and operational insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Product teams, you will help remove barriers and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
