Manager, Inside Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales based in the United States.

As a Manager, Inside Sales, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for guiding prospective clients and families through the admissions process. You’ll oversee a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment where responsiveness and service quality directly influence access to care.

The role combines people leadership, operational management, performance coaching, and client experience. You’ll use key performance indicators to improve admission rates, satisfaction, contact center performance, and time-to-admission. You’ll also partner with internal teams and executive leadership to identify opportunities and strengthen admissions and discharge processes.
