Objective of the positionLead the development of consumer insights and recommendations to guide core brands' commercial strategy and deliver platform growth objectives

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Provide consumer insight-driven recommendations for business decisions- Develop and execute learning plan priorities for areas of focus- Manage/supervise the design, execution, analysis, and recommendation comms. of insight and analytics projects/initiatives to drive to business decisions- Manage relationships with external research agencies and leverage external insights resources, capabilities, and expertise in order to best serve business requirements- Conduct very little research rom global, we mostly use existing research from the markets or guide them on how to locally run the researches that we need for shared projects.- Connecting global frameworks like the demand landscape to the Core Brands strategic platforms, identifying opportunities and recommendations- Owning quarterly brand equity performance monitoring, as an input to the full business performance that we run in Core Co.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Experienced in primary (qual & quant) & secondary research design & execution- Experienced in data analysis & problem solving- Proficient in solution design and mixed-method integration- Fluent English

Skills- Ability to draw insights and actions from data and communicate appropriately at all management levels.- Experience and knowledge of business issues including revenue & profit impact beyond data collection and analytical knowledge.- Strong work ethic. - Adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.- Ability to prioritize workload and balance competing demands.
